Like previous challenges, this Get Snatched Keep The Curves Challenge can be done anywhere at anytime. Modifications are included for those training at home and not in a gym. Although a gym setting is recommended to get the best result, you can do this without being in a commercial gym.
• A heavy (30-50lbs) & light dumbbell (5-10lbs)
• Booty band & long resistance bands
• Ankle strap set or ankle weights
